In Tân Thành, a modern four-bedroom villa built around its pool — and a short stroll from the beach.
From the street, Hova Villa is cream walls, terracotta tiles and a screen of red breeze blocks behind the coconut palms. Inside, it’s all warm wood and light — and Tân Thành beach is just five minutes away on foot, with restaurants and mini-marts all around.
The 230m² house has four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, for up to eight guests.
The private pool is 10 by 3.5 metres, lined with heliconia against a stone wall. An open timber staircase climbs past hanging vines to the upper floor, and there’s a garden and BBQ for the evenings.
Pool on one side, the sea five minutes the other.
Downstairs, tall timber-framed glass doors open the living room straight onto the pool: rattan armchairs, orange bean bags, a wooden fan turning overhead. The kitchen has warm oak cabinets and a green glass splashback, with a solid-wood dining table under an arched window.
Upstairs, the bedrooms are wrapped in wood — panelled ceilings, glowing shelves, rattan wardrobes and arched headboard niches — with balconies and big windows. Bathrooms are in grey stone, and two of them have freestanding bathtubs.
There’s Wi-Fi and a workspace, a fully equipped kitchen and parking — everything for a long, easy beach stay.
