In a quiet, green corner of Cẩm Nam, five minutes from the Old Town, a 356m² villa whose balconies look out over the water and the mountains beyond.
At 378 Nguyễn Tri Phương, on the Cẩm Nam side of the river, Mountain View Villa sits in a quiet, leafy neighbourhood just five minutes from the Old Town. The best part is the view: from the balconies you look across the water to the mountains, and in the evening the sky turns gold over all of it.
With seven bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, it sleeps 16 to 18 guests — big enough for an extended family or a whole group of friends.
The private pool is 4 by 10 metres, 0.8 to 1.6 metres deep, with green vines trailing down the wall beside it and loungers at the far end. There’s a hot tub too, for after dark.
Seven balconies, one sunset.
The bedrooms are bright and breezy: warm wood floors, ceiling fans, cornflower-blue curtains and batik throws, with big windows letting the river light in. The dining table sits right by the pool doors, and the kitchen is fully equipped for group meals.
Washer and dryer, parking and free bicycles are included — ride over the bridge into town for dinner, or stay home and watch the sun go down.
