A villa built like an old Vietnamese family compound — set in a big tropical garden, with a pool in the middle of it all.
Push open the carved wooden gate in Cẩm Thanh and you step into another century. De Min Villa is built in the traditional Vietnamese way: red-tiled roofs, raw brick walls and wooden houses raised on stilts, all set around a large tropical garden. It’s quiet here, and the Old Town is close by.
Across 340m² there are five bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, for up to ten guests.
The private pool sits between the brick house and the stilt house, with loungers along its edge and a BBQ area for the whole group. There’s even a kids’ play corner.
An old Hội An house, with a pool.
Inside, it’s all warm Hội An colour: mustard-yellow walls, dark timber beams, patterned cement tiles and silk lanterns. The open kitchen has a long wooden table under a paper lamp, and the bedrooms mix carved wood with crisp white beds.
There’s Wi-Fi and a workspace, a washing machine, parking and free bicycles — Cẩm Thanh’s coconut forest is a short ride away.
